
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Junior Gym - Use the latest fitness equipment in our state of the art fitness suite, let our instructors design a program especially for you. Ages 12-16
Junior Spinning -30 minute session of studio cycling, hills and sprints, For ages 12-16
Junior Boxercise- A circuit style class, using boxing combinations and resistance equipment. Ages 12-16
Cheerleading - Gymnastics, pyramids and pom pom’s. A fun class that’s a little bit different.
Soccer Starz - Learn all the skills with our fully qualified FA coach. For ages 4-8 years and 8 years+.
Cricket Starz- Improve your batting, bowling and fielding techniques with our ECB Level 2 Coach. For Ages 6-13
Train & Play - A fun session with a little bit of everything, from team games to quizzes. Let your children play while you have your workout. For Ages 4-12
Saturday Club - Come and have fun on a Saturday morning we have all kinds of activities to choose from. For Ages 4-12
Aqua Tots - Accompanied lessons for the under 4’s, build up water confidence and have fun with this pre school structured lesson (children must be accompanied by an adult).
Music Bugs - Something for the little ones, and you! A class you can do together, Musical instruments, songs and dance !! Ages 6 months-4 years (children must be accompanied by an adult).
Booking Policy:
Members can book 8 days in advance. Non Members can book 7 days in advance and full payment is required on booking.
Cancellation Policy:
24hrs notice prior to the activity is required. Less than 24hrs the payment is non refundable.
IT IS ESSENTIAL TO BE ON TIME FOR YOUR CLASS. IF YOU MISS THE WARM UP UNFORTUNATELY YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CLASS.
