New timetable for 2012

Booking Policy Members can book 8 days in advance. Non Members can book 7 days in advance and full payment is required on booking.
Cancellation Policy 24hrs notice prior to the activity is required. Less than 24hrs the payment is non refundable.
For our 60+ inclusive Diamond Club Members. Organised gym session on a Monday with one of our professional instructors. Structured activity morning on a Thursday which includes: Fitness Suite, Badminton, short bowls and finished off with a free coffee/tea. The Diamond Club also has access to Private Pool Sessions throughout the week in our relaxing Training Pool.
It is essential to be on time for your class. If you miss the warm-up you will not be able to participate in the class

Boxercise - A circuit style class, using boxing combinations and resistance equipment.
Essential 4 - 20 minutes spinning, 20 minute resistance, 10 minutes AB workout, 10 minutes stretching, this class brings all the elements of fitness into one class.
Pump and Tone - An all over body workout using adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles.
Spinning - 45 minute session of studio cycling, hills and sprints, a massive calorie burner.
Body Blast - A mixture of Step, Aerobics and Toning exercises.
Attack n Tone - High Impact Aerobics “are you ready for the challenge”.
Running Club - Beginners and intermediate level, al fresco exercise for all ages.
Zumba - an exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance class.
Zumba Toning - another dimension to the workout party, takes Zumba to another level, a breakthrough in muscle shaping.
Kettlebells - unparalleled fitness training that burns fat, builds up high levels of cardio fitness and phenomenal gains in strength and power.
Box-a-Blast - full body exercises using resistance equipment and boxing techniques, with a focus on general fitness, muscle tone and calorie burning.Pilates - Controlled exercise class, improve posture, strength and flexibility.
Swiss Ball - Whole body workout, improving posture and core stability.
Tai-Chi - Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. The class consists of fluid, gentle movements that are practiced in a slow tempo.
Yoga - Tone, stretch, relax your mind and body.

Stretch Session - 30 minutes stretching to increase flexibility and reduce the risk of injury.Aerobics - A Hi/Lo impact class to music using those classic grapevine/box step moves.
Body Conditioning - An all over body workout, using light weights and resistance equipment.
L.B.T (Legs Bums and Tums) - A lower body workout, targeting those problem areas.
Step Aerobics - An old favourite, have fun while you tone those Legs Bums and Tums.
20/20/20 - A mixture of step, aerobics and body toning, a class that targets everything.Aqua Fit - A water based class consisting of aerobic moves in the water, improve fitness and tone up.
Aqua Zumba - An easy to follow, Latin-inspired dance workout in water.
