Etiquette Rules
We request that:
You respect all signage and notices that relate to safety and practical guidelines within the centre
You wear appropriate swimwear/sports clothing when undertaking any physical activity i.e. t-shirt, tracksuit bottoms, shorts, vest, trainers and swim suits. Denim, sandals, shoes, barefoot and dress wear are not permitted at any time
All persons should report to the reception on arrival. All bookings should be confirmed at this time
All rubbish and bottles should be placed in the bins provided
You only eat in the designated areas of the centre
We advise that:
Verbal and physical abuse towards staff and other customers will not be tolerated and will result in eviction from the premises
Customers under the influence of alcohol or drugs do not take part in any physical activity and that they may be asked to leave the building
The use of cameras and camera phones are not permitted without consent from the Duty Manager
